“I do not like carving the world into segments; we are one world“

Indira Gandhi

“Una vida mejor” (a better life) is the most common reply given by immigrants from south of the Mexican-American border when asked why they were risking their lives to cross into the United States.

UVM was founded to give good men and women a fighting chance to avert the threat to life posed by global climate change. Waiting for politicians, and accepting the status quo of business as usual will cause unacceptable harm to our future.

We need new ideas and good people who can make change happen now!

Nikola Tesla said that there was “nothing like the thrill felt by the inventor as he sees a creation of the brain unfolding to success.” Like Tesla, let us invent, create, and “work to make the future ours and let this future tell our truth.”

If, like us, you feel you can make a difference by helping to create viable new technologies then join us at UVM and together we can make Una Vida Mejor a reality!

Solomon Reymond is the CEO and cofounder of UVM. Solomon is a successful entrepreneur who has taken businesses to the next level in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. He followed his dream to the United States where he started a business from scratch which currently generates $3,000,000 a year.

“Born in Qatar, we love good food so I learned to cook very young and still love to experiment with new cuisines. Going to international schools I was around all the kids who spoke different languages. This gave me a lifelong fascination with languages. Naturally I learned to travel so I could visit my international friends in their hometowns and I could practice their language while immersed within it. “

“Growing up in a hot city was hell ! That’s why I chose Seattle where it rains so much that many people complain. I love it ! Back in Qatar it only rains once a year so having my hot mocha in the morning and watching the rain may sound silly, but this simple pleasure brings me a lot of joy.”

“Moving to the Pacific Northwest made me fall in love with outdoor activities; hiking, camping, getting close to nature. I feel this beauty is in serious danger, so I formed UVM to help defend against the global threat of climate change. One of my guiding rules in life is: ‘ If you want to do something then try harder and be the best at it !’ I believe in second chances and I want to help others achieve their American Dream. I help other people as much as I can, anytime, anywhere. I enjoy volunteering and helping my community and I want these values to be a part of UVM so that our financial success has a meaningful framework.”
